Established in 1991, Steel Cast Aid Ltd is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company manufacturing a comprehensive range of casting aids for enhancing foundry productivity. These include Exothermic Sleeves, Insulating Sleeves, Refractory Coatings and Fluxes.

Steel Cast Aid Ltd head office is in the industrial township of Bhilai, in the central Indian state of Chhattisgarh. The location is well known for the Steel Authority of India Limited - Bhilai Steel Plant. It is also a hub of heavy engineering industries working in Engineering Fabrication, Castings, Assembly, Machining, etc.

Bhilai is extremely well connected through Rail and Road network to all parts of the country and, as such, Steel Cast Aid Ltd is able to cater to clients all over India with utmost ease, as reflected in its clientele. In addition, Steel Cast Aid ltd has a network of Sales Offices in Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Indore, Jamshedpur, Kolkata and Vijaywada to provide better accessibility to clients.

Steel Cast Aid Ltd manufacturing unit is located in Tedesara, in Rajnandgaon at a distance of approximately 20 kms from Bhilai. Spread over an area of 10 acres, including 24,000 Sq. Ft. of covered area, Steel Cast Aid Ltd works area, in addition to its comprehensive manufacturing facilities, also houses an employees colony. The unit is well equipped with all modern facilities for product development and manufacture, including an in-house tool-room for developing customized product shapes and sizes as per customer requirements, ample power backup through Diesel Generator sets for uninterrupted production if required, and storage for facilities for finished products.
